Tembosocial Ideas is designed to socialize idea crowdsourcing. A complex and powerful tool that leverages community engagement to help generate discussion and surface the best ideas.
TemboSocial Ideas, gives employees a forum to discuss and brainstorm, while also offering managers and decision makers a direct and sortable view of their company’s discussions. Allowing users to tag ideas helps give moderators a way to filter through discussions and pinpoint the best new replies and comments. With some front end reporting features managers can also sort through ideas by region, department and other demographics to see where the best ideas are coming from.
Giving the employees an opportunity to have their ideas heard not only helped teams encourage a culture of innovation, but also positivley impacted overall employee engagement. For larger enterprise companies the tool created a direct line from front line employees, to boardroom decision makers.
