Tembostatus is an employee engagement platform designed to help companies measure and manage employee engagement and satisfaction. A suite of surveys, instant analytics real time reporting, and action plans that are designed to help HR professionals target key metrics and execute actionable tasks to address their problem areas.

Problem

A company is only as strong as its workforce. Employee engagment is a key driver for the success of a company’s business objectives. Many teams ignore this side of their business which can lead to low morale and a general disconnect from the company mission.

Typically surveying and gathering employee feedback could be a month’s long process and the results of that work often left HR managers with data, but no clear actionable outcomes.

 

Software and HR expertise

With Status, we looked to build a software solution that would allow HR managers to easily launch survey initiatives and gather feedback quickly.

We partnered with veteran HR professionals and workplace psychologists to craft the right questionnaire, and action plans for the various problem areas.

We built the software on top of that industry expertise to provide a faster more cost effective solution for small and large companies looking to measure the health of their employees engagement.

After surveying was completed, the HR manager’s dashboard would be unlocked displaying all of the survey data, individual responses and most importantly the main areas of focus.

Based off of the results, key tasks and action plans were suggested and could be actioned directly on the dashboard.

Keeping an eye on User behaviour

As we continued to build and improve the product, identifying key personas and tracking their journey through the process helped guide the development path. Charting our protopersona’s journey through the product’s lifecycle revealed painpoints in discoverability and a longer than expected publish to close timeframe. Speaking to users was crucial in helping to uncover these common painpoints and opportunities.
